I was honored to be asked to document the birth of my friend Dara's daughter. Her and her husband Randy wanted to him to able to be be part of the birth and not worry about taking pictures. I am so excited to share these pictures with you! It was an amazing experience and I will treasure it forever! Thank you Dara and Randy for letting me document this special moment in your lives.

Mikey

My friend Daina came to town in April for her son's baseball tournament. I was thrilled when she asked me to come take some pictures of Mikey at the game! We hadn't seen each other in years and it was great to catch up and see how much Mikey has grown. I really enjoyed watching him play ball, he is quite the athlete and can play just about anywhere on the field. Daina and I went to X-Ray school together and her and Mikey were both in my wedding. I still can't believe how much he has grown up!

Here is a sneak peak of Ashley's Mommy & Me Session. I used to work with Ashley at the hospital here in Helena when I was still working as an X-Ray Technologist. I was so excited when she contacted me to do a Mommy & Me session! Her little guy is soooo cute! It was great to catch up with her and meet her new little guy!

Back in April I did a weekend of Mommy & Me Sessions. I had such a great time spending time with each of these Mom's and their children. These photos are from the session with one of my best friends Jen and her two kids! They turned out soooo cute! I love being able to capture their personalities!

I'm trying to catch up on updating everything with all the pictures that I have done these past few months. Here are a few from my session with my cousin's little guy Kyler, who just turned 6 months! He is such a cutie! Love his big blue eyes!

My Studio is finally done!

After waiting several long months I am excited to announce I finally have a studio! Thanks to my Aunt Tina for letting me rent this space from her and also to my husband, mom, brother, dad and my cousin Garet for helping me get it ready. I remodeled the space which took about a month and half but it was worth all the sweat and pain! I am proud to say that I did most of it myself, even the trim! It is great to finally be in the space and it works great for my current needs.

Dara's having a girl!

I was soooo excited when my friend Dara announced her pregnancy this past year and even more excited when she asked me to take maternity photos for her! We have been friends for a very long time and it is always an exciting time when your friends are expecting. Dara and her husband Randy already have two boys so I am glad to see her be blessed with a little girl! And this little girl has a very special name already. They are naming her Karlin , in honor Dara's Mother, who passed away a few years ago after battling breast cancer. I am so excited for Dara and Randy and cannot wait to meet this little angel!
